QWhat's your MOQ? Can I order a sample before mass order?
Yes, the sample order is acceptable. MOQ is 2 pcs based on EXW term, and 20'GP base on FOB term, mixing different items to fulfill containers is acceptable.
QHow does payment work?
We accept T/T and L/C at sight as secure and convenient payment methods. 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipping.
QWhat if I have my own design for the project? Can you customize it?
Definitely. We can manufacture special designs received from our clients, as well as customize our own designs to suit the needs of our clients. We can customize the product's size, upholstery material, and metal or wooden frame. We have our R&D Dept and are happy to turn your inspiration into reality.
QHow does quality control work?

QHow long will delivery take?
Normally it's around 25-30 days, but we can adjust based on your shipping schedule. Usually, our leading time is around 15-25 days after the order is confirmed, depending on designs and quantity.
QIf we want a sample, how much do we need to pay?
For sample, we usually charge retail price, and the transport fee should be paid by buyer. But do not worry, we will return the price for sample when buyer places order.
