Q1 What are the general payment terms?
Our general payment term is 30% wire transfer in advance and the balance paid against the copy of B/L and L/C at sight for new customers. For long-term cooperated customers, we are delighted to provide better payment terms.
Q2 What are your hot selling items?
We have more than 200 SKUs for small home decoration furniture, which includes wall shelves, wall cubes, coffee tables, coat racks, and other customized products. We publish new designs of products each year.
Q3 What is your MOQ requirement?
We accept 300 pieces or sets per size per color for wall shelf series and other series with prices under $10, while the total volume of an order needs to meet 1x20'ft container. We also support customers who want to order about 100 pieces or sets as trial sale, usually with some extra charge to make small quantity trial orders deal.
Q4 What is the standard lead time?
A 40'GP container usually takes 45 days. We have multiple production lines which are elastic to shorten the lead time to assist customers catching the sales schedule in some urgent conditions.
Q5 What is your sample policy and lead time?
The lead time of samples is about 7 days. We usually charge 3 times price for producing new samples and refund it after a formal order which meets the MOQ. We can also provide free samples for items that are available in our warehouse. Long-term cooperated customers will enjoy almost all samples for free.
Q6 Can you customize products based on different requirements?
Yes, customers' requirements to get feasible changes on our ODM products are welcome. We are always willing to make adjustments on products' color, label, logo, packaging, function, and material to match different market needs better.
