QWhat are your general payment terms?
Our general payment term is 30% wire transfer in advance and the balance paid against copy of B/L and L/C at sight for new customers. For long-term cooperative customers, we are delighted to provide better payment terms.
QWhich hot product categories do you offer?
We have more than 200 SKUs for small home decoration furniture, including wall shelves, wall cubes, coffee tables, coat racks, and other customized products. We publish new designs every year.
QWhat is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We accept 300 pieces or sets per size per color for the wall shelf series and other series with prices under $10, while the total volume of an order needs to meet a 1x20'ft container. We also support customers who want to order about 100 pieces or sets as a trial sale, usually with a small extra charge.
QWhat is the typical production lead time?
A 40'GP container usually takes 45 days. We have multiple production lines which are flexible to shorten the lead time to assist customers in catching their sales schedule under urgent conditions.
QWhat is the sample policy and lead time?
The lead time for samples is about 7 days. We usually charge 3 times the price for producing new samples and refund it after a formal order meeting the MOQ is placed. We can also provide free samples for items available in stock. Long-term partners enjoy almost all samples for free.
QCan you accommodate custom requirements or ODM changes?
Yes, customer requirements to make feasible changes to our ODM products are welcome. We are always willing to modify colors, labels, logos, packaging, functions, and materials to better suit different markets.
